Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for oversight and coordination of the administrative functions for the Director of the Cancer Center Capital This position independently manages and completes projects as assigned by the Researches and analyzes data in order to develop reports as requested, drafts and edits a variant of written materials for the Represents the Director/Chairman to a wide range of external and internal constituencies; exercises discretion, confidentiality and judgement in resolution of day-to-day

  • Coordinates Faculty candidate visits and Visiting Professor visits including travel, hotel accommodations, lectures and
  • Liaison with Cancer Center faculty, senior level JHMI leaders, external CEO/Senior level contacts and outside colleagues through correspondence and other communications to coordinate
  • Staffs and coordinates Cancer Center Members Meetings, State of the Cancer Center Meetings, Department Faculty Meetings and All Staff
  • Prepares extensive itineraries and travels arrangements (local and international) for the
  • Organized and coordinate all aspects of administrative activities associated with effective management of the Director s office including a very complex and challenging
  • Prepares agenda, background information and handles logistics for all meetings for the
