Broadcom CA API Gateway Layer 7 Expert

To define and advice solution architecture and integration patterns

To provide expertise and support Level 4 across the delivery teams

To act as design authority

To define and promote best practices and guidelines in the delivery team

To perform research and development

- implement framework, global procedure

- qualify Patch and fix provided by Broadcom

To contribute to software roadmap

Insure compliance with Security guidelines

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

6+ years of experience as experience in Linux and Broadcom CA API Gateway (Layer 7) working in project environment

1-2 years of technical specialist

Linux:

- Good knowledge of Linux Shell and Linux processes (CentOS)

- Linux Administration skills desirable

Broadcom CA API Gateway (Layer 7):

- Advanced knowledge, including API developer portal and API management portal.

- Good experience with Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenId))

Nice to Have:

XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, WS-* concepts and SOA concepts

Basic network skills: Virtual IPs, firewalls, etc

Security: certificate lifecycle

Java: JMX knowledge and JVM optimization.

TWS: Script developments with TWS (Tivoli)

WebServices (WCF) technical knowledge.

SOAPUI: User level skills.

Subversion: user level skills (GitHub)

Non-Technical Skills:

Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;

Be required to work in professional cross teams environments, and at times, work autonomously;

Communicating clearly, politely and respectfully in person, by telephone and in writing

Explaining complex technical information simply

Bringing people into conversations to ensure the right people are involved

Knowing how to adapt to different people

Influencing outcomes in order to drive projects forward

Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science or similar education;

Availability to work out of regular working hours if occasionaly required;

Hybrid way of working : 2 days per week on site (Monday, thursday)

Spanish : Independent user it s a plus

French : Independent user it s a plus
