Our client, a digital-enabled Residential Construction and Remodeling company, seeks a Construction Project Manager - Bilingual (English + Ukrainian/Russian) - On-site in Sacramento. This is an on-site position that requires a valid driver s license with a car and the ability to drive to locations in the Greater Sacramento Area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee construction sites on-site and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Provide regular project status updates to the CEO and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential construction project management experience
- Working proficiency in English + Ukrainian/Russian languages
- Solid understanding of building code and construction technologies
- A valid driver s license with a car and the ability to drive to locations in the Greater Sacramento Area
- Proficiency in using project management software
- A valid California Contractors License (GC B) is an advantage but not a requirement
- Strong people management and time management skills
- Experience in hiring and managing subcontractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inspections and quality control
- Proficiency in inventory, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
