Construction Project Manager - Bilingual English RussianUkrainian

• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Oversee construction sites on-site and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  
• Provide regular project status updates to the CEO and other stakeholders
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential construction project management experience
  
• Working proficiency in English + Ukrainian/Russian languages
  
• Solid understanding of building code and construction technologies
  
• A valid driver s license with a car and the ability to drive to locations in the Greater Sacramento Area
  
• Proficiency in using project management software
  
• A valid California Contractors License (GC B) is an advantage but not a requirement
  
• Strong people management and time management skills
  
• Experience in hiring and managing subcontractors
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in inspections and quality control
  
• Proficiency in inventory, budgeting, and cost control
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
