Job Description
Class A drivers wanted to run northeast regional with starting pay of $.73CPM with monthly bonus of between $.03-$.09CPM in addition to base pay of $.73CPM.
100% no touch freight and 70-80% drop and hook
Driver is home weekly for 34-48 hour reset. While there is an effort to make it weekends this is not guaranteed. Drivers may get home during week as well depending on where driver lives and delivery schedule
Drivers average $1400-$1750/WK. The more miles you drive the more money you will make with starting pay (including bonus) is $.73CPM on all miles. Driver is guaranteed $1100/WK as long as driver reports to work every day
Riders allowed after 30 days
Health, vision insurance start after 30 days and 401K starts after 90 days
Driver Paid Vacation of one week after one year, two weeks after two years and three weeks after 10 years
Turnover rate one of the best in the industry because Do What We Say and Say What We Do.
Requirements
Class A drivers 21 years old with at least 1 year Class A driving experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5
No more than 3 non-major moving violations in the last three years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years
No DOT Recordable accidents in the last 5 years and no more than 2 preventable incidents/accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years
Can not have any major moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 in the last 5 years, these include
- Prohibited use of a handheld device while driving a CMV
- Making improper or erratic lane changes
- Following the vehicle ahead too closely
- 15 mph above the posted limit
- Speeding in school/work zone
- No Reckless Driving in the last 5 years
While no specific max number of jobs in the last 3 years anything over 5 will be reviewed very closely. Looking for drivers for the long term so we try and avoid job hoppers
Can have a maximum of one DUI in a lifetime (never in a CMV do not take SAP for this account), must be in PMV and must be over 8 years old
