Job Description
Dream Nannies has a wonderful family of four in Brookhaven seeking a dedicated and organized House Manager to assist with the smooth running of their household. They are flexible with the hours offering 4 hours a day 5 days a week with a pay range of $25$30 per hour. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home on a daily basis. The family is looking for someone who can handle a variety of household tasks such as meal prep laundry for the family (including washing folding and putting away clothes and weekly linen changes) loading and unloading the dishwasher and running errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning. Organizational projects will also be a key part of the role including maintaining the pantry and the fridge managing the children s closets as they outgrow clothes and otherwise ensuring that rooms including bedrooms are wellorganized and tidy. Your responsibilities would also include managing other service providers to ensure that basic home improvement and maintenance tasks are completed in an efficient and thorough manner.
The House Manager will assist with meal preparation and planning including developing weekly dinner menus and grocery lists preparing healthy breakfasts lunches and snacks for a family on the go and basic dinner prep (i.e. chopping vegetables). In addition your responsibilities would include packing healthy snacks for the children (six and four years old) to bring to school on a daily basis as well as unloading school backpacks and lunchboxes and organizing school paperwork. You will also assist with keeping the home tidy and organized by maintaining the pantry cleaning out the fridge and ensuring that rooms including bedrooms are organized. The House Manager will also manage household supplies and ensure inventory is wellstocked.
