Job Description
Dream Nannies has a loving family looking for an experienced reliable nanny to care for their sweet and energetic threeyearold daughter. She is in her "threenager" phase full of curiosity and a bit of sass but she is also wellmannered loves people and thrives on being active. Her ideal day is spent playing reading engaging in scavenger hunts playing with sidewalk chalk and enjoying the outdoors. This little one has boundless energy and loves to interact making it essential to find a nanny who enjoys being handson and will engage her in creative play rather than relying on screen time. She is in school on Tuesdays and Thursdays so the role would be primarily Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM with a rate of $25 per hour. On the days when she s home due to illness or holidays the nanny will need to provide care as well.
The family is seeking someone warm fun and interactive as she does well with a nanny who can offer gentle engagement and allow her to enjoy her independence. Both parents are involved but do not require constant updates or guidance. The dad works from home most of the week and the mom will also be home at times. They are looking for someone experienced and selfsufficient who can take initiative after being shown the ropes. Good communication is a must as they appreciate someone who will proactively inform them of any changes or needs.
