Job Description
Maintain accurate records and files of accountants receivable and cash receipt transactions on a daily basis. Provides receipts of all incoming cash, checks, credit cards, and NSF transactions. Prepare a daily cash receipt recap ledger of all cash, checks, and credit cards received. Receipt Tribal Court payments. Prepare daily batch for Tribal Court payment to be verified. Key in Quick Books daily batches.
Requirements
Two year degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience. Prefer 3 year work experience in an office/accounting environment.
