Job Description

Position: Account Executive


Description: We are searching for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. Your mission will be to improve energy efficiency in commercial and industrial buildings across the Pacific Northwest by implementing state-of-the-art LED lighting solutions. As a Sales Associate, your role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing deals, and optimizing the sales process. Compensation:

  • Base salary in the range of $50,000 to $54,000, plus commission.

  • On average, our Sales Associates earn $84,000 annually, with high-performing individuals having the potential to exceed $150,000 per year based on their performance.


Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for sales and a drive to boost revenue.

  • Self-motivated and adept at managing time efficiently.

  • Confidence in approaching and communicating with potential leads.

  • Proficiency in computer use, including experience with Excel and Google Suite.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to thorough lead follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outreach to potential leads.

  • Identify and nurture new leads.

  • Conduct lighting audits to evaluate energy-saving opportunities.

  • Deliver persuasive proposal presentations to potential clients.

  • Effectively close sales.
