We are actively seeking a dedicated & enthusiastic person to join our team. This is a PT position with the potential to develop into a FT, Sales Lead Team Leader. High Commission & Bonus Structure. The position will be remote.
The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible of the lead generation and nurture daily sales, lead campaigns utilizing a newly developed integrated strategy within our company.
*A competitive assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively independently in a high-pressure & high risk sales environment is a MUST.*
This position plays a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices & procedures to make the lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.
Additionally, the person will play a key role in contacting our book of business and establishing relationships with C-Level Professionals (CEOs, GM, VPs CE, Engineers, Architects & HR Corporate) to introduce our services, log entries, information into our Sales software & set-up appointments for outside Sales Team.
Requirements
1. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in Selling via Phone successfully
2. Must be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment and follow up as needed.
3. Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
4. Must have a strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint are Required.
5. Must have experience with software solutions utilizing ROI and other value added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with long sales process.
