We're looking for a dedicated and creative Speical Event And Celebration Specialist to join our team. As a crucial member of our event planning team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and orchestrating Speical Event And Celebrations that reflect the unique personalities and desires of clients creating memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and aspirations for their wedding day.
Create personalized and comprehensive wedding plans, including ceremony details, decor, reception, entertainment, and more.
Source and coordinate with vendors, florists, caterers, photographers, and other partners to bring the wedding vision to life.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and allocation of resources.
Curate and execute unique and innovative wedding concepts that reflect the couple's style and preferences.
Oversee the logistical aspects of the wedding, including timelines, schedules, and coordination of all elements.
Assist couples in navigating decisions and offer expert advice on trends, traditions, and creative ideas.
Ensure smooth execution on the wedding day, managing any unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism.
Provide exceptional customer service to couples and their families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and adjustments.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, plans, vendor agreements, and event details.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in special event planning, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.
Creativity and an eye for design to curate stunning and unique event concepts.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and plans to clients and vendors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex event logistics.
Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and creating magical moments.
Proficiency in using event planning software, budgeting tools, and design software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
