Requirements

We are looking to hire a Zoho Developer who has at least 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products and should have hands on experience working on Zoho Creator. As a Zoho Developer youll need to:

  • Implementation, customization, and administration of a suite of Zoho one applications including ZOHO Creator, CRM, Analyti cs, Projects, Desk, CRM, Books.
  • Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues, track issues and provide periodic updates.
  • Work experience with Zoho Creator and developing apps using it.
  • Develop custom CRM features and functionalities in support of customer needs.
  • Support to complete projects independently and successfully.
  • Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers concerns.
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Around min. 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products.
  • Good communication skills required for client facing role.
  • Should have experience in Specific skills: Deluge Scripting, API Integrati on with Zoho Apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL.
  • Should have experience in Apps: Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analyti cs, Zoho Desk and Zoho Marketing apps.
  • Should have Certifications: Zoho CRM and/or Creator (Highly Preferable).
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • BS degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
  • The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
  • The ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
