mplementing administrative instructions issued by the direct manager and following up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by him Participate in developing plans and providing advice and counseling to the executive director and department managers of the facility Reviewing the internal laws in force in the facility, making the necessary amendments, approving them by the relevant departments, and circulating them to the employees and workers in the facility Reviewing the facility’s operations to ensure their compliance with the rules and regulations approved by the facility, and implementing the facility’s contractual agreements with third parties in coordination with the facility’s legal advisor.
