Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible management/execution of project(s)/program assigned
- Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities thru a partnership with tech ops, digital technology, and corporate real estate.
- Establish governance and actively engage stakeholders
- Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget, constraints, and dependencies
- Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met
- Drive adoption in communication and change management
- Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and projects interdependencies
- Report the performance of projects/programs to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Skills and knowledge:
- Experience and knowledge in warehousing, corporate real estate, and supply chain.
- Led cross-functional of complex projects/programs greater than $2M+
- Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing

Required Experience:
- Fortune 100 experience or aviation/airline
- Minimum eight years as a project manager & five yrs experience as a program manager
- 8+ years of experience in the management of projects/programs management experience

- Aviation industry experience
- Distribution warehouse experience
- Construction experience
- Process improvement and/or management experience
- PMP
- Green Belt / LSS
- Exposure MS Teams, MS Project, Visio
