Operation Coordinator

- Develop plans for distributing new arrival workers to shelters according to employment.

- Follow up on the arrival of new workers with International recruitment to training them until they are prepared and sent to shelters for employment.

- Coordinating and planning weekly vacations for workers between accommodations in a way that coincides with the rise and fall of employment rates.

- Follow up on customer comments and complaints regarding visits and take direct action to the worker or driver to maintain the quality of service and the program’s reputation.

- Follow up on the compensation provided to customers, discover the reasons, develop appropriate solutions and development to ensure that they are not repeated, and maintain the daily number of compensations in proportion to the number of visits carried out and the operating rates.
