Diversified Inc. is looking to hire a Commercial and Residential Sales Representative in our moving, storage, and office furniture installation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. As a salesman for Diversified, you will be representing a family-owned moving, storage, and installation company operating in Central Wisconsin since 2000. We are Central Wisconsins leading and most experienced moving company. If you have prior experience in sales, and a desire to expand your career with a growing company, we want to hear from you.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues from the sale of our product and services
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including sales to new and existing clients, price negotiation, pipeline management, training, and marketing support to make you successful
- Must be able to prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships
- Establishes and sustains relationships with the customer to create opportunities for future and repeat business.
- Achieve quarterly performance objectives and goals
- Finalizes sales paperwork in a precise and timely manner
- Documents all estimates with any special instructions/notes pertaining to the needs of the customer
- Communicates all customer expectations to the scheduler
- Performs follow-ups on pending estimates and maintains information in Monday CRM Maintains direct contact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues before, during, and after the service
- Conscientiously maintains and managers a vigorous calendar of appointments
- Regularly monitor email, text message, and voice mail for customer and company communication
- Occasional weekend/after-hours appointments may be necessary to meet customers scheduling needs
Primary Objectives:
- Meet sales quotas each month, quarter, and year
- Promote the overall success of the company through constantly improving sales, sales techniques, and relationships
- Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Participate in Business Networking Groups assigned within the territory
- Become knowledgeable regarding assigned territory
- Track customers on a CRM
