Job Description

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Reading, PA
Our dynamic Reading, PA based manufacturing company is on the brink of exponential growth and financial success. We are committed to investing in our valued employees and embracing innovation. We are on the lookout for a visionary CFO with strategic acumen, extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, and a team-oriented mindset to lead us into a prosperous and exciting future. Your role as the right hand of the CEO will be that of and Advisor in daily financial operations, treasury decisions, and long term revenue attainment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve the company's growth and financial objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to the CEO and other partners.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis process.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Finance, IT, & HR.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record and strong knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Great understanding and application of Treasury .
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in Financial operations and Strategic Development in a Manufacturing environment.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Experience in a private equity environment.
  • Experience in driving financial growth and managing financial performance.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing industry.
  • CPA a plus
