- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs, including inventory, purchasing, and usage.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting costs and identifying potential savings opportunities.
- Review and analyze financial reports related to food and beverage operations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, control portion sizes, and minimize food and beverage expenses without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the organization.
