Location: On-Site - Campo, California

Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000

Commission Structure: No bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager at a Casino Resort
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills

About the Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire cas ino operations including the casino, hotel, and travel center

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and hold all departments accountable for property maintenance
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the casino, hotel, and travel center
• Develop, implement and monitor an operational business plan and budget, ensuring compliance with the goals and objectives of the property as well as ownership.
• Responsible for maximizing revenue generation and maintaining revenue generation
• Responsible for controlling labor and operating costs
• Conduct regular financial reviews and make operational adjustments to ensure budgeted objectives are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with direct reports
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Auditing performance and functionality.
