Fully Remote or Chicago Hybrid
360 Desk- (BD + Recruiting)
60-80k Base (DOE)
-Senior Associate Commission: 8-35% Tiered
-VP Commission: 10-50% Tiered
Year 1 OTE- 150k+, Year 2 OTE- 200k+
No Territories
Year 1 will be 100% Permanent Nursing and Allied
Must have proven billings (500k+ per year)
Top end growth potential, will only be hiring senior reps for this firm and will grow to 12+ by end of 2023
Looking for highly driven, motivated, and ambitious individuals
Laid back culture- fantastic leadership
While a "start-up", has a very strong financial backing

2 in February
2 in April
1 in May
3 in August

Hiring Process: 2 interviews with CEO (phone call, then Zoom). Can offer within 5 business days
