The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Site Manager. They will have an excellent understanding of the construction industry, with knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a team of workers.
The role of Site Manager will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring that health and safety regulations and standards are adhered to. They will also be responsible for managing the budget and resources of the site, as well as ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
