Key Responsibilities for the Unit Manager (RGN)

Requirements
Requirements for the Unit Manager (RGN)
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Previous experience as a Unit Manager or similar leadership role in a care or nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
