Are you a highly motivated professional seeking an exciting career opportunity? Join our team as a Workforce Scheduling Manager and play a pivotal role in our mission to support the Energy Transition.

Position Overview:

As a Workforce Scheduling Manager, you will take on a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the efficient coordination of labor resources. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting customer requirements, maintaining a top-tier fleet, and ensuring accurate accounting processes within our service centers. You will personally execute these duties or delegate them to your capable team, contributing significantly to our collaborative efforts in the Energy Transition.

Travel of up to 60%Strategic Labor Scheduling: Manage the team in prioritizing all labor scheduling activities to meet customer needs and maintain a high-quality fleet.

Change Management and Process Improvement: Champion change management and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrate cross-functional leadership experience in areas such as operations, sales, logistics, and more to foster collaboration and synergy among teams.

Customer Service Excellence: Lead the team in delivering world-class customer service, resulting in measurable high-level customer satisfaction.

Safety Priority: Act daily with safety as a critical priority for our business, employees, customers, and contractors.

Technology Utilization: Utilize Field Service Lightning and M3, analyzing their reports to optimize workforce groups and share resources efficiently across different business units to reduce subcontractor costs.

Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate and build strong relationships with the operations team, eliminating organizational barriers to teamwork and collaboration in the delivery of labor resource requirements.

Personnel Management: Be responsible for personnel-related activities, including recruitment, orientation, personal development, discipline, and team building.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver world-class customer service and best-in-class process efficiency.

Requirements

Track record of successful change management and process improvement.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience in various operational areas.
Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction and safety.
Proficiency in Field Service Lightning and M3 or a willingness to learn.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Workforce Scheduling of Technicians
Budgeting and P&L experience
Strong mechanical background
Analytics experience and reporting
Strong written and verbal communications

*Nice to have experience in HVAC and Power Generation
