Location: Remote

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00

Commission Structure: Perm Division is 40%+ and Contract Division is 12%+

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance staffing
• Must have agency staffing experience

• Business development and recruitment for all Accounting and Finance roles
• Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Building a network of candidates utilizing many tools and systems provided to you.
• Being creative and coming up with strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
• Work towards crushing goals and continued development

Candidate Requirements

• 2 years of experience preferred. May consider someone with less if they have a good record of success.
