Job Description

360 Recruiter or Business Development: A&F

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00

Commission Structure: Perm Division is 40%+ and Contract Division is 12%+

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance staffing
  • Must have agency staffing experience

  • Being creative and coming up with strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
  • Work towards crushing goals and continued development

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 years of experience preferred. May consider someone with less if they have a good record of success.
