Location: Remote

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00

Commission Structure: Tiered 16% to 32% - Paid out weekly. Quarterly consecutive billing bonus 4% to 12% once individual GP exceeds $45k/quarter.

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong Account Executive to aid the firm as they enter a growth phase. This is a fast paced position with high earning potential. Year 1 OTE potential is $140k and current top performers are making $300k+.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and land new clients for various tech needs
• Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
• Use provided recruiting resources to maintain a steady pipeline of staffing needs
• Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals set forth by you and upper management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience prospecting and landing new business in the staffing industry
