An Executive Chef is Needed for a Dynamic Restaurant Group opening two new upscale casual restaurants in San Diego.

As a qualified Executive Chef, your background should include the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience in high volume (at least $5M),upscalecasual dining (Sports Bar backgrounds are not a fit)
- Corporate systems experience with financial management responsibility
- Culinary training or mentorships
- Good tenure and progression
- Ability to lead and develop a culinary team
