Job Description
An Executive Chef is Needed for a Dynamic Restaurant Group opening two new upscale casual restaurants in San Diego.
Benefits:
- Join a dynamic restaurant group as they thoughtfully expand coast-to-coast
- Base salary in the $80 to $85K range
- Bonus up to 20% per period
- Additional Benefits: PTO and Sick Leave, Health - 50% paid, and Vision and Dental options
As a qualified Executive Chef, your background should include the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience in high volume (at least $5M),upscalecasual dining (Sports Bar backgrounds are not a fit)
- Corporate systems experience with financial management responsibility
- Culinary training or mentorships
- Good tenure and progression
- Ability to lead and develop a culinary team
- Traits: Skillful planner, strong communication skills, conflict resolution, outgoing personality, an infectious, positive attitude that inspires
