Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking to take your career to the next level? An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading construction security company in Glasgow, and were looking for the ideal candidate to fill the role.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new business opportunities, as well as the maintenance and growth of existing accounts. You will be expected to identify potential clients, conduct research into the market, and liaise with other departments to implement effective business strategies. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that customer service is top-notch at all times.


Requirements

Essential skills and experience include:

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects at once
