Job Description

ProofIDis seeking anAccount Executiveto become a part of our sales and marketing team. This individual acquires new logo accounts and serves as our main point of contact for new business. This individual will be to seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with new prospects and interface with vendors, ultimately contributing to our long-term business growth.


To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from new accounts, vendor engagement and meeting sales objectives. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact to ongoing engagement. You will manage the scheduling of account plans and business reviews to maintain and grow revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Contact prospects and schedule regular business reviews
  • Present company to prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Plan and manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of external demand generation campaigns
  • Manage contact through a range of social media platforms
  • Work with vendor stakeholders to identify optimal channels for acquiring new business through cross sell and upsell activities
  • Track account activities and report improvements to the usability, design and content of campaigns


Key Competences

  • BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Able to work remotely
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to self-manage and independently deliver results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desired Qualifications, but not required:

  • Knowledge of one or more enterprise-grade Identity Management vendors in the marketplace (for example Ping Identity, NetIQ, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM
  • Experience with Cognism

Life Insurance:

$100,000 provided with 100% premium paid, Additional coverage available for purchase.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

$200,000 provided with 100% premium paid.

Short Term Disability:

100% Premium paid. Provides 60% Salary, Max $2300/Week, starts after 8 days, duration 13 weeks.

Long Term Disability:

100% Premium paid. Provides 60% Salary, Max $7500/Month, starts after 90 days.

401(k) Plan:

Performance Based (Discretionary) contributions are also possible.

Cell Phone Offset:

Company contributes $70/month to offset the cost of owning a dual-purpose company/personal use cell phone

Base salary $150,000 - $160,000 + uncapped commission
