Job Description

Job Title: Business Account Manager

Position Overview:

As a B2B Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients and managing their accounts throughout the entire lifecycle. This role is commissionbased with the added benefit of monthly residuals on all active accounts you close.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Utilize various methods such as cold calling doortodoor visits digital marketing cold emailing SMS campaigns and participation in local business groups to generate leads.

Consultative Selling: Understand potential clients needs and offer customized payment solutions that best fit their business requirements.

Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.

Revenue Growth: Continuously seek opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients and maximize account profitability.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and account performance.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales ideally within the merchant services or financial services industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on consultative selling.

Selfmotivated and driven to exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

Compensation:

This position is commissiononly with monthly residuals on all active accounts.
