Account Manager

Our client a leader in HVAC mechanicals controls and boiler sales upgrades and service is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Account Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for managing new and established accounts handling service calls and overseeing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and the ability to effectively communicate sell and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for any new or established account service call or project.
• Communicate with customers to assess and determine their needs related to energy management HVAC or similar systems.
• Handle new sales warranty issues ongoing service meetings and calls product financing and contracts.
• Proactively initiate actions to establish and build relationships anticipate customer needs and prepare and monitor new and ongoing project solutions.
• Generate new business through networking trade shows referrals and other business development methods.
• Prepare estimates/proposals and oversee the job following up to ensure satisfaction from order through delivery and commissioning.
• Travel throughout Oregon and Washington as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in HVAC; experience can be in sales project management estimating or technical roles.
• Strong industry knowledge and the ability to intelligently discuss sell and solve customer problems.
• Excellent communication math computer and reasoning abilities.
• Proven track record of generating new business and building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to travel throughout Oregon and Washington.

Our client offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $140K plus twiceayear bonuses.
