Our client, a well-established prop-tech company with technology, data-security, and energy-efficiency solutions within high-rise office & multifamily environments is seeking a talented Sales Executive with a strong commercial real estate (CRE) background to join their growing team.
The Sales Executive is primarily responsible for actively and consistently filling the sales pipeline while guiding and supporting prospects through the full sales lifecycle to a successful closing & customer onboarding.
Our clientwill hire oneSales Executiveto work remotely, ideally from one of the following metropolitan areas: New York City, Nashville, Miami/South Florida, or another high-growth/high-population density market in the U.S.
This is a rare opportunity for an office or multifamily leasing or investment sales broker to transition their industry knowledge into a highly lucrative sales role in the ever-expanding technology, cyber security, and energy efficiencyrealmsof CRE.
A day in the life of the successful Sales Executive includes, but is not limited to:
- Generating new high-rise & multifamily client leads
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to key decision makers, often Asset & Portfolio Managers, Developers, or Investors
- Communicating pricing and delivery estimates
- Facilitating and negotiating contracts
- Maintaining detailed CRM records of prospects & clients
- Presenting sales progress in weekly Sales Department meetings
- Coordinating sales efforts with participation at trade shows and marketing collateral
Candidates located in San Francisco or New York would work 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days remotely. All other locations will be fully remote.
Requirements
The ideal Sales Executive candidate possesses the following skills & experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant sales experience, with a strong understanding of the CRE industry, foundational concepts, and company structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on conversational CRE terminology and concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, including creating and fostering long-term client relationships
- Technologicallysavvy, ideally with experience working in CRM software programs
- Intrinsically motivated, and able to work successfully in a team environment
