Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef from a branded, scratch kitchen with a people-first, hands-on management style.

Benefits:

  • Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $67,000, is based on a 50-hour work-week, paid hourly, including overtime
  • Achievable bonus up to $6,000 annually, up to $500 paid monthly, averages 60-75% company-wide
  • Good benefits package

Your Sous Chef background and abilities should include:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch, farm-to-table kitchen with a regional or larger branded company
  • At least $3 million annual revenue experience
  • Good tenure with former employment
  • Strong financial skills
  • Proven ability to develop a kitchen team
