Job Description
Assist Manager of Projects and Project Managers to prepare Project information document, including detailed execution plan with allocation of resources and Project Risk Management Plan.
Work closely with VPs and operations management of Company Subsidiaries on Projects executions and timeframes.
Establish the proper communication on the Projects daily work progress between the Corporate Project Management Department
Communicate daily with field staff to review daily activities and project progress. Identify which activities require special attention of being executed as per Projects scheduled plan.Prioritize the importance of these activities for the Corporate and Subsidiary management team to overcome the shortcomings
