Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings.
  
• Understand and explain window coverings benefits.
  
• Accurately measure and explain the mounting of products.
  
• Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through the sales process.
  
• Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid driver s license
  
• Prior sales experience and understanding of the sales processis preferred but we re willing to train the right motivated candidate.
  
• Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player.
  
• Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with all types of people.
  
• Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering industry.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Above-average telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are critical.
  
• Punctual and dependable.
  
• Ability to pass a background check.
  
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders
