As a Commission-Based Recruitment Consultant at Scotia Partnership Limited, you will play a vital role in identifying and matching top-tier candidates with our extensive network of clients. With access to an established applicant and client database, you will have the tools you need to excel in this role and earn uncapped commissions.

This could be part time and a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights.
  
• Negotiate and finalize terms between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  
• Meet and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and placements for reporting purposes.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful track record.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse individuals.
  
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
