- Responsible for the entire operations of all branches to attain targets and goals.
- Ensure that all products and services offered at the branches are applicable by the law and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Responsible to prepare annual sales plan and present it to management for approval.
- Responsible along with the branches staff to attain the sales goal.
- Manage the staff in the branches to make sure that they are well versed in dealing with clients, have good knowledge of opticians products, and require to train the staff to achieve.
- Responsible for client service and handling client concerns.
