- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual equipment.
- Manage event budgets effectively and ensure financial goals are met.
- Oversee event setup, including layout design, seating arrangements, and decor.
- Create and manage event schedules, timelines, and run-of-show for all stakeholders.
