Job Description
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, and wellness products and services
- Manage and supervise all salon staff, including stylists, estheticians, and receptionists, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming salon environment for both staff and clients
- Train and mentor new employees, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed
