Components and supplies inventory management. Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of the baking area. Maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts. Order supplies to stock stock appropriately. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers. Check the quality of materials and the condition of equipment and appliances used for cooking. Create new dessert recipes and experiment with new flavours.
