Help Desk consultant

Must have own reliable transportation andmobile communication; able to travel to numerous work sites within Montgomery County or work-related locations; able to lift, transport, and carry up to 50 pounds.

General tasks include:

2.1.Advanced level desktop support including Operating System (OS) imaging, hardware, software, mobile device deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, inventory, computer relocation, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and internal applications support, and other duties as assigned.

2.2.1. Windows OS Administration: Windows l0 Enterprise, ActiveSync and various VDI solutions.

2.2.2. Desktop support including Hardware/Software troubleshooting in Windows Active Directory and enterprise domain environments.

2.2.3. Knowledge in troubleshooting enterprise printers

2.2.4. Knowledge in rapid deployments, OS imaging, mobile devices, MS Office365 Suite familiarity and various COTS software packages.

2.2.5. Virtual Private Network support.

The contractor will be required to do one (1) week of second shift work on an approximate seven (7) week rotating basis. Second shift will begin at 2 pm and end at 10 pm Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays are required
