We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain the front desk schedule.
- Provide information to clients and respond to inquiries regarding services and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate mailroom activities including receiving and distributing mail and packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and professional demeanour with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
