Job Description
We are looking for an upscale fast-casual or full-service restaurant Sous Chef with a people-first, hands-on management style.
Benefits:
- Compensation $60,000 to $64,000, based on 50-hour work-week, paid hourly, including overtime
- Achievable bonus up to $6,000 per year, up to $500 paid monthly, averages 60-75% company-wide
- Good benefits
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch, farm-to-table kitchen with a regional or larger branded company
- $3+ million annual revenue experience
- Good tenure and proven ability to develop a kitchen team
- Strong financial skills
