Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to support and help build our growing, dynamic team. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of professional office management experience.

The Office Manager is responsible for a wide array of operational functions including coordinating new team member onboarding, planning and executing team events and managing client billing and assisting the CEO in scheduling. In addition, the Office Manager ensures our office is a welcoming, well-stocked workspace.The ideal candidate must be adaptable and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Specifically, the Office Manager will be tasked with the following:

  • Supporting the CEO s calendar management needs, including making travel arrangements
  • Coordinating with hiring manager for all new hires; including managing each new hires first week schedule and ensuring technology is ready on day one
  • Managing the relationship with office building management as well as outside office support vendors including technology managed service provider, internet connectivity provider and other office hardware vendors
  • Ensuring the office is office is well maintained, well stocked and welcoming
  • Managing employee expense reimbursement process
  • Managing some human resources functions, including candidate tracking for open roles and internal needs to support current team members
  • Planning, budgeting, and managing client gifts and team events
  • Supporting the management of client billing and HR functions
  • Logging and depositing client payments
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint decks for various meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an Office Manager role
  • Prior experience managing an executive calendar on the executive s behalf preferred
  • A professional self-starter who is hard-working and can efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Expert level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal organizational communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Quick learner and problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with project management software such as: Monday, JIRA, Asana, Trello
