Description of Role:
Mountaineer Employment Solutions has partnered with a property management company in Morgantown, WV. They are currently seeking a Leasing Agent. This position will primarily be responsible for working with new tenants and their leasing arrangements.

Tasks:
- Show apartments to prospective tenants
- Sign leases
- Receive incoming calls
- Follow up with potential customers

Skills and Requirements:
- Prior property management experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask

Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm OR 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Some weekend work may be required
- 30 minute lunch break

Compensation:
- $14.50 per hour (plus incentives after training period)
