Their real estate team has a proven track record of advising developers investors and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions. They are seeking a midlevel Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Charlotte office.
Job Description
Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks including acquisitions dispositions leasing due diligence and joint ventures.
Structure negotiate and draft documentation for commercial real estate transactions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on various highprofile projects locally and nationally.
Maintain strong client communication and problemsolving skills.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Proficiency in MS Outlook Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills selfmotivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
