We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Inbound Call Center Agents to join our customer service team.
As an Inbound Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing outstanding support and assistance. You will handle a variety of inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have strong communication skills a friendly demeanour and a desire to help others we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process orders returns and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system maintaining detailed records of conversations and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time customer satisfaction scores and resolution rates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic knowledge of CRM software.
