Hours: Friday-Sunday 5AM - 5:30PM. Work 36 paid 40.

Job Description:

Great company in the Port of Catoosa is seeking Shift Lead for their new weekend Shift!

Ability to identify and assist in coordinating and accomplishing day to day operation of workflow. Work directly with the Department Manager to ensure production and quality needs are achieved. Able to document data and write clear reports (production, rework, quality, line stop etc.) Examines items produced to determine if items meet specifications. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to employees and assigns duties. Establish or adjust work procedures (QWI – Quality Work Instruction) to standardize good work practices and to ensure quality of work. Responsible for conducting safety bi-weekly meetings. Reinforce safety policy and rules including identifying potential hazards in the work area.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required.
