The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the daytoday operations of a business. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes and providing administrative support.
Support Operations Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and staff troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware software and networks.
- Perform system maintenance tasks including system upgrades and patches.
- Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
- Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Generate reports analyze data and document processes.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Support Operations Lead Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
