Job Description

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the daytoday operations of a business. They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes and providing administrative support.

Support Operations Lead Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and staff troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
  • Install and configure hardware software and networks.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks including system upgrades and patches.
  • Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
  • Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Generate reports analyze data and document processes.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed.

Support Operations Lead Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in system administration and technical support.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
