Sous Chef for Upscale Fast-Casual Restaurant
Benefits:
- Compensation based on 50-hr workweek
- Bonus up to $6,000 annually, up to $500 paid monthly
- Benefits package.
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch, farm-to-table kitchen with a regional or larger branded company
- Experience with $3+ million annual revenue
- Good tenure
