Sous Chef

Join our upscale fast-casual restaurant team as our new Sous Chef

Benefits:

• Hourly pay based on a 50-hour workweek, including overtime
• Bonus potential of up to $6,000 annually, up to $500 monthly, based on performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch kitchen with a farm-to-table focus, preferably with a regional or larger branded company
• Experience with $3+ million in annual revenue
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Proven ability to develop and manage a kitchen team, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and control food costs and inventory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first management style
