Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch kitchen with a farm-to-table focus, preferably with a regional or larger branded company
- Experience with $3+ million in annual revenue
- Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Proven ability to develop and manage a kitchen team, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and control food costs and inventory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first management style
